Our furniture is 100% custom made to order.

Please allow 6-8 weeks for completion.

A down payment in the amount of 50% is required to begin your order if ordering direct from our factory.

Cancellations must be made within 72 hours for a full refund.

Down payments will not be refunded if cancellations occur after 72 hours.

Changes to the order may be allowed at management's discretion depending on the progress of the order and the complexity of the change.

If you notice any blemishes or defects please call the factory immediately and we will repair, refinish or remake the product at our discretion.

No returns or refunds once delivery has been accepted.
